Who we are

Kenneth Wolf of Naples, Florida, and the companies listed on kennethwolf.com and 3059889666.com: Re4lty Inc, Alda Group LLC dba Laenan, Wolf Surety Inc dba Wolf Insurance, Title Company Agency LLC (Closed By Whom, Good Closer), Reno LLC (Mansion Signature Homes, LYSPECT), Lyco Inc, Dispute Inc and Ziarem. Each is a separate company.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on 3059889666.com: your name, email and message (Write to Ken), or your name, mobile number, email, what renews and the month (renewal reminder), with the consent wording you accepted and the time. kennethwolf.com has no forms. 3059889666.com counts visits and button taps by date and source tag only, with no IP address and no device ID. Both sites remember your language choice in your own browser.

How we use it

To answer your request, to send the renewal reminder you asked for, and to give you Ken's contact card. Nothing else.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information. Your request goes to Ken and to the one company of his that handles it (for example, Wolf Insurance for an insurance renewal). Service providers that run these sites for us also process it: Hostinger (web hosting), Supabase (the secure form inbox) and Telegram (a private alert to Ken's phone). The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as any web request does.

Text messages

We text only people who gave consent on the renewal form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or with Ken's other companies for their marketing.

When you become a client

Laenan (mortgage), Wolf Insurance and the title agency are financial institutions under federal law and give you their own privacy notice when you become a customer. That notice controls for that business.
